What is P.A.C.T.?
P.A.C.T. stands for “Parents and Children Together”.
It is collaboration between Head Start’s Pregnancy to Three programs, and the Department of Child and Family Services (D.C.F.S.) to provide specialized services for children in Foster Care. We are able to serve 8 children, their parents and their foster parents in the Moses Lake area. Qualifying children and families are referred to us through D.C.F.S.  [Read more...]
